V2.9.0.beta13 totally breaks the RTL layout

We use Discourse for our Arabic-speaking community, unfortunately the latest update totally broke the RTL layout.
Unlike last time, Main CSS and mobile style not working after update "2.9.0.beta10" We couldn’t roll back to beta12.

Since we are basically stuck with beta13, you can check out the broken layout live on our forum:

We really hope that RTL gets better testing after this, as this is the second update that broke RTL recently.
