What is the best way to resend a validation email if the original one has expired?

Which validation email? New user registration? First admin registration? Backup download validation? Something else?

To resend the new user registration email, visit the user’s admin page and click Send Activation Email.

The user can also trigger a new validation email themselves by trying to log in again, of course.
