I have no idea if this problem is unique to us, so I’ll explain:
We have a Discourse instance at https://discourse.libsdl.org, for a software library called SDL (“Simple Directmedia Layer”), but occasionally people wander in looking to discuss some product called “Trados” from http://sdl.com, which is a similar company name and URL.
This has happened a few times now. Here’s a recent example:
Is there some way to catch these before they post, with a popup that says “heeeey, you seem to be in the wrong place entirely!” I see Discourse already checks content as the user types to see if their post is similar to other threads on the forum, I was wondering how hard it would be to hook into this for specific keywords?
