Black circle can collide with topic title

Description My tablet uses desktop mode, because I usually use it in landscape mode. The Trust Level Permissions Table (inc Moderator Roles) fits better into portrait mode. That’s why I rotated the tablet. Then the black circle of the background and the topic title overlap.
