Welcome Banner

The “What’s New” section describes a new Welcome Banner feature, requiring
“to select the Enable welcome banner site setting” but I cannot figure ouit where to make that change. Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks. I’m on the “basic plan” and under “all site settings,” the option to “enable welcome banner” is not displayed. At least, I do not see it.
