When browsing topics, I see regular XHRs to /poll and /timings - what is the later for? Should CDNs care? I don’t see an equivalent setting long polling base url for timings.
/poll is for the message bus and /timings is for monitoring your posts/topics reading times.
Can this be disabled or is it required? I don’t really care about recording this information.
Are all the members automatically Trust Level 3 ?
No, it can’t be disabled. It’s required to know what posts you’ve read. It’s kinda part of our secret-sauce
