Thankfully OCR is a thing. 
At first - after reading just the large test (“Don’t Rely On Hover” and “Testing on the Toilet”), I thought that the poster was about ‘hovering’ over the toilet seat

Dato che c’è solo un OP per thread, dovrebbe esserci solo un avatar evidenziato, giusto? Ne vedo diversi su alcuni thread (sul mio sito)

Lo vedo sul desktop qui: solo il primo avatar è evidenziato.
Il mobile è un po’ più piccolo, quindi avere un bagliore lì potrebbe essere più fastidioso con la compressione delle informazioni. La semplicità è fondamentale sui dispositivi UI più piccoli.
Non ci sono impostazioni per questo, ma è abbastanza semplice personalizzarlo tramite un tema, se lo si desidera.
