I see those xx min read time under some of the topics but not the others.

Is it possible to make it show on every post for my own instance?

At the moment the reading time is hidden when it is less than 3 minutes. But there is some discussion about showing low values.

Based on what we hide now:

hide low counts:

• Hide low read estimates (under 3 minutes)
• Hide participant count if 5 or less
• Show participant avatars if there are more than 10 posts
• Hide like count when there are fewer than 5 likes or fewer than 10 posts

I’d say everything could be shown, even when zero, except the estimated read time. I’d still hide that when under 3min. It has very little value as a low number. Then again, if you’re already showing the whole element… I guess it doesn’t matter anymore.
