I changed the email address of my forum in the app.yml file
In the lines

DISCOURSE_SMTP_ADDRESS:
DISCOURSE_SMTP_PORT:
DISCOURSE_SMTP_USER_NAME:
DISCOURSE_SMTP_PASSWORD: "
DISCOURSE_SMTP_ENABLE_START_TLS:

I also changed DISCOURSE_DEVELOPER_EMAILS
After I completed . / launcher rebuild app

After that, it is written in the logs

Sender address rejected: not owned by user

Please help me solve this problem

YES, I found a solution
I had different fields

DISCOURSE_SMTP_USER_NAME:
DISCOURSE_DEVELOPER_EMAILS

I didn’t know that they should be the same
The mail is working
The solution has been found, thank you all
