Qual è la logica alla base della limitazione dei giorni in cui un utente può cambiare il proprio nome utente? Esiste un’impostazione per renderlo illimitato?

Until somewhat recently when you changed your username you also broke quotes and some other continuity-dependent features.
This is no longer the case, but it can still be mildly annoying for others in the long-run. If someone changed their username every month for example, you’d have a hard time remembering what their username is if you wanted to mention them (people who do this definitely exist!).
There’s no setting for unlimited, but you could change the username change period setting to 9999 (~27 years).
