Warum wird die bestehende Gruppe nicht angezeigt, wenn private Kategorien erstellt werden?

Hi Folks,
I have already created the group but when creating the private category for the group, in security section when we edit permissions the group name is not coming there.
Can you please help me with this!!

And last thing is that how much time does it takes to reflect the group in security section after creating the group?

This issue has come up a few times. Would it be possible to allow the category security group dropdown to be automatically populated with new groups without requiring a page refresh?
