What is the purpose of the required user level information at the top? I thought it would provide information about whether the document is relevant for me or not. So I could read it and decide “I’m not xxx, so not relevant”.
But it seems it is used differently, because for example, users below TL3 can edit wikis, so it’s relevant for others too.
