The text next to notification level “Tracking” read this topic href goes to wrong place. It’s adding after the topic url.

Like this: domain.tld/t/topic-name/u/… instead of domain.tld/u/…

I created two PRs related to this codepath:

FIX: missing / after basePath was causing the URL to be relative

FIX: NotificationLevels import was incorrect

Should fix it once merged. Thanks for report.
