Has cambiado algunos archivos. Puedes hacer

 git stash

Para guardarlos temporalmente y que puedan ser sobrescritos.

O

git status

Para obtener una lista de los cambios, y luego

  git checkout NOMBRE_DEL_ARCHIVO

Para restaurar los archivos modificados.
