Hai modificato alcuni file. Puoi fare

 git stash

per metterli da parte in modo che possano essere sovrascritti.

Oppure

git status

per ottenere un elenco delle modifiche, e poi

  git checkout NOMEFILE

per ripristinare i file modificati.
