Yearly Review doesn't publish data in localised language

I think the solution was recently shared in the topic of the plugin.

Using

I18n.with_locale(SiteSetting.default_locale) do
  Jobs::YearlyReview.new.execute(force: true, review_year: 2024)
end

fixes it.
