I’m hoping someone might be able to assist with a couple of questions that I have about my hosted forum.
I would like to bulk invite a large amount of users from a Klaviyo (CRM) instance and apply a role to them. For security reasons, downloading the customer database to make a CSV isn’t possible.
We’d also like to automatically send an invite to new customers once they get logged in the CRM, and automatically apply the role. But that invite link would ideally be generated and included in an automated email from our domain/CRM, with our formatting and styling, rather than the standard .discoursemail email invite. And that would still need to be an individual one time use invite link, not a generic one.
Finally, we’d like the digest emails to also show as coming from our domain.
We have some web devs that can help with building any scripts to make this all possible - I just need to know if it is possible, and how it might be done!
