Topic header persists at the bottom of the screen after using mobile navigator

After using the navigator slider on mobile, the navigator header sticks around visible at the bottom of the screen.

I know you are on an android device, so I am just confirming that I can repro on an iPhone 15 pro max iOS Chrome and Safari

I have a fix incoming:

FIX: don't use post ID as timeline collapse delay

The post id was accidentally being used as a delay, so it was technically still working… but very slowly
