So I am getting confused, lots of topics about rsync moves. I want to create a 2nd instance of my self-hosted discourse site on another VPS, with a different domain name. Can I not just create a new discourse site, make sure both sites are updated to the latest, make a backup from the original and restore it to the new VPS? If so, what other steps are best followed? Thanks.
