사이드바(DMS 아래)에 표시되는 채팅 아바타의 크기가 скромный 22px에서 더 뚜렷한 28px로 증가했습니다(정상 글꼴 크기 설정 기준).
작은 이미지에서는 세부 사항을 보기 어렵고, 특히 잘 모르는 아바타의 경우 더욱 그렇습니다.
개발 환경에는 세부 사항이 있는 아바타가 없어서 아쉬운 예시이지만, 핵심은 이해하실 수 있을 것입니다.
정보 밀도를 동일하게 유지하기 위해 일반적인 행 높이를 증가시키지 않는 것으로 결정했습니다. 이로 인해 행이 약간 덜 여유 있어 보일 수 있다는 결과가 있을 수 있습니다.
섹션 제목이 더 이상 사용자 이름과 정렬되지 않는다는 점도 인지하고 있으며, 현재로서는 이러한 트레이드오프를 수용하는 데 동의합니다.
채널 아이콘은 이전과 동일한 크기로 유지했습니다. 작은 크기로 인해 세부 사항이受损되지 않는 아이콘들이므로 크기 증가가 덜 필요하기 때문입니다.

When I compare to say slack, stuff is much more closely sized.
I like the increase in avatar size 
I feel for balance sake, the channels could stand to increase along with the avatar.
An issue that will arise though is having lots of “chubby” filled in chat icons that do not differ in view as DMs do.

This brings me to another issue that I think possibly could make things better, but is beyond a design experiment (i think).
Could we allow emoji choice as avatars for chat channels? Rather than this default chat icon? Or an icon that is more lightweight? Slack and Discord both have the hashtag as their chat icon which is much more lightweight than our filled in chat bubble icon.
Yeah that’s been on my design backlog request for a long time! Would love it too. That being said, if the default would remain the channel icon (which it would), it still needs to work for that scenario too.
I can increase the size of the channel icons, but not to the same extend. They already were smaller than avatars, so we can keep the same ratio.
Yeah, I think it would be nice to see what that feels like.
