@alehandrof reported an issue with URLs in emails for a private forum. The problem is observed in the email sent to users when their account is approved, where the login link contains duplicate login parameters: [https://SITE.org?login=USER%40gmail.com](https://SITE.org/?login=USER%40gmail.com&login=USER%40gmail.com). Additionally, the link to the community guidelines appears to be malformed: https://connect.amicalnet.org/guidelines?login=alehandrof%40gmail.com]?login=alehandrof%[40gmail.com](http://40gmail.com/). alehandrof is unsure if this is a general bug or a configuration issue specific to their forum.
