Issue with URLs in emails for a private forum

Hi folks,

I think there’s an issue with the URLs in some emails for our private forum.

Here’s an example of the email that users received when they are approved (user_notifications.signup_after_approval.text_body_template):

A staff member approved your account on SITE_NAME.

You can now access your new account by logging in at:
https://SITE.org?login=USER%40gmail.com

If the above link is not clickable, try copying and pasting it into the address bar of your web browser.
