The domain name I configured in app. yml seems to have been blocked by the ISP of some regions. And when I attempt to directly resolve the new domain name (A record) to the website ,accessing the new domain still redirects to the old domain. So could i use another domin to connect my website? …

Are you totally sure about blocking? Because if this is a new setup it can take from hours to day before new DNS records are spread all over the world.
