You can hide it with css see this documentation topic But I’m not sure why you’d do this since only staff can change titles, not normal users [1] . unless its a badge title but you can disabe that too ↩︎

Automatic groups like the trust level ones you mentioned above don’t have the option do add a title. You’d have to create new groups for ranking system.
