Restricting users ability to change topic title

How do you restrict users so that they can’t change each other’s topic title or can’t perform merging?

Users gain these capabilities when they reach trust level 3. If you want to change the conditions for trust level 3 to be higher (or unattainable), you can do so within the Trust Levels section in the Settings tab in the admin area

Need users to be able to edit only their own, but not others. Thanks

If you want to completely disable trust level 3 promotions, the recommended way is to set tl3 requires days visited higher than tl3 time period.
