유지보수 부실 서버의 재구축 실패, 소유권 문제 발생 – 도움 요청

I have root access. I did do a command line back up, but it pushed to S3. Thanks to @pfaffman’s comments I’m now realizing I can try pulling the backup from S3 down to local - I just need the time to attempt it.
