We have a small discourse instance that experiences a weird problem: Even though our session length is 1440 hours (or 60 days) me and our users have to login very frequently, often more than once per day.

The forum is hosted on PikaPods which uses the bitnami image. PikaPods support said that they advice me to ask here for further assistance because they just run the image as is (unmodified).

Does anybody have an idea what’s going on? It seems like it should work as configured…

You’ll need to check with PikaPods or Bitnami. Only official installs are supported here. Sounds like a problem with Redis

저희도 비슷한 문제를 겪고 있습니다. 최대 세션 수명(max session age)을 1440으로 설정해 두었는데, 최근에는 세션이 그보다 훨씬 짧아졌습니다. 일주일에 여러 번 다시 로그인해야 하는 경우가 많습니다. 저희 인스턴스는 공식 Docker 설치 방식을 사용하고 있습니다.
