헤더의 다크/라이트 모드 선택 아이콘에 툴팁이 없나요?

Hi, I chose to put the Dark mode icon in my Header, but it does not have a tooltip indicating its usage, contrary of all other header icons. How could I have one? Thanks.

이것이 인터페이스 색상 선택기 관리자 설정에서 온 건가요? 그렇다면 코드에 이 기능이 추가되도록 Contribute > UX 요청을 해야 할 것 같습니다.
