Frequent Error 500 after searching

I’m still getting 500s; as in now.

But for me it is coming from the semantic-search:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()1976×174 13.6 KB

I’m also getting 504 errors as modals:
