I insist to continue via PM and it’s better to take a neutral approach without any personal takes.

If it doesn’t fit with the topic at hand. I don’t see why a new public topic couldn’t be made. As long as everyone keeps their heads about themselves. Then there is nothing personal in debating ideas/points of view.
