Is this a standard install ? You need to turn on force_https, it seems.

IIRC it’s a site setting (search for ‘force_https’).

Check /logs on your forum. 500 is a server error, there must be something there. Are you absolutely sure you removed the subscriptions plugin from your app.yml?
