How to create autoresponder using automation

Can someone help me out here please? I am trying to set up an auto-responder for when my account receives a PM. I want users to receive an auto response directing them to our email address and other moderators before I go on leave for 2 weeks. These are the settings:

In the configuration I’ve entered in an out of office type message.

When either sending or receiving PMs, nothing happens.

Can anyone steer me right please?

What did you enter in the key field in the list of words/answers configuration?
I tested it on my forum (which runs on tests-passed, I think you use stable, so there could be differences)

Thanks for replying - I left key blank.

By deleting the group and then making a new one, it worked! Thank you for your help. What a handy wee tool!

Talk about good timing. I was just looking for this. Didn’t realize it was an additional plugin!

Luckily automation is now included-in-core so there is no need to install it.
