If you don’t mind me asking, what is “standard forum”? Theme settings shouldn’t be a problem, I tested on horizon too and the problem is that the generated “name” doesn’t get populated (because we don’t require it to be popuplated)
This is set to “discussion” mode though, i will try other modes to see

Some topics have the “name” populated, while some others do not. Even for the same user that didn’t set an specific “name”
