While there are hints that the current Discourse AI - AI Bot can help with Discourse developer tasks, it may not have been created for such. As a suggestion enhance the current bot or create a new bot to help with developer tasks.
Being a developer who lacks knowledge of Ruby and some of the other tools used with DIscourse, with the help of LLM based AIs, being able to create themes and/or plugins would be desirable.
