I had added the original post but discarded the edit because I noticed the second part and I don’t want to have to phrase that for you. I’ve made the post a wiki so that you can phrase it yourself. Once you’re done, if you would like to remove the wiki please PM me and I’ll do so 
In the future, maybe you could reply to the “this post needs attention” DM to get staff eyes on it? They don’t seem to close, so you can just handle it there next time.
