To see the translated version of the post, you need to remove the checkmark. Currently you chose to see the original post.

Steps

1. Navigate to https://meta.discourse.org/my/preferences/interface
2. Unselect check box for Interface language
   
   
3. At bottom of settings, click “Save Chages” and look for “Saved!”

4. Navigate back to oringinal post and refresh page. I clicked to the left the URL control to trigger a refresh.
