이를 해결하는 방법은 이전 업그레이드의 잔여물을 삭제하고 권한을 수정하는 것이었습니다:
rm -rf /var/discourse/shared/standalone/postgres_data_new
chown -R 999:999 /var/discourse/shared/standalone/postgres_data
… 그런 다음 ./launcher rebuild app을 두 번 실행하고, 선택적으로(마이그레이션이 성공적으로 완료되고 모든 것이 정상 작동하는 경우) ./launcher cleanup을 실행했습니다.
