In FEATURE: Separated 'trusted users can edit others' setting for trust level 3 & 4 by rngus2344 · Pull Request #21493 · discourse/discourse · GitHub, the edit all post groups setting was added. You can remove the trust level 4 group from the setting to prevent TL4 from editing other users’ posts.
