I’m afraid that I’ve found another little issue with this.
Currently in Category descriptions, all # related things (tags, chats, categories) correctly create a suitable link, but appear as unexciting monochrome boxes - exactly as they used to in Posts.
In the topic that generates the descriptions:
In the Category description itself:
