Diz 'categoria' e não 'tag' ao clicar para explicar por que o usuário não pode postar tópicos em uma determinada tag

Ao acessar a página de completed, não me permite criar tópicos com essa tag. Ok. No entanto, ao clicar no botão , diz que não posso criar tópicos nesta categoria, em vez de tag.

EDIT: Também mostra para estas tags restritas de postagem, como fixed, official, pr-welcome
