My brevo account is suspended, and the reason is not following our Terms of use

Hi all,
I met the email server problem, when I check the server website, the page shows:Your account has been suspended for not following our Terms of use.
But my brevo account is only used for my discourse website, which action will lead the register and digest email to be not following their Terms of use?
Did anyone meet the same problem?

I searched many solution, most of the answer is to connect with support team, then they will help you to check and reactive. But the support team just reply me to choose another server, again and again with same content and without reason, feel so helpless :pensive:

If their official support can’t tell you which part of the ToS you broke, I’d leave them and subscribe to another email provider instead of spending too much time finding out the issue with no guarantee that you will be able to resolve it.

Thanks for your advise! I will try other email provider, seems that’s the only solution…
I have to told myself the reason is not important :smiling_face_with_tear:
