It appears with this change: https://github.com/discourse/discourse-air/commit/7cbd064acaba22255cae2d376fcd213bfc267743 Excerpts are now not displaying with the air theme. Is there anyway to get them to display again?

If you visit the “Update” tab in your dashboard and upgrade to the latest version of core, then I think the issue should be resolved. That said, ideally the theme shouldn’t be dependent on such a recent change to core, so I will look at adding some backwards-compatibility on the theme side :eyes:

Okay intersting, I can see here on meta.discourse.com that excerpts are still showing when I use the air theme…

@david that did it, updating to the latest version and the excerpts are back!

Great! I’ve also prepared a tweak for the theme so that this problem shouldn’t affect anyone else. Thanks for reporting the issue!

Hi Jacob - can you confirm what version of Core you have? This change from two days ago made some improvements to the API which discourse-air now depends on.
