I can’t find it - is there an option to turn off outbound email for all users at once?

There are 2 settings I see that can help do this.

If you want to disbale only the digests, you can disbale the disable_digest_emails setting.

If you want to disbale emails across the board, I believe that’s the disable_emails setting.
