Abandon and Save draft buttons should appear when composing a new reply

Steps:

  1. Start typing a reply to a topic
  2. Navigate to a new topic with the composer open
  3. Hit the reply button on and of the posts

What happens:

  1. A dialog shows up asking if you want to abandon your post

What should happen:

  1. A dialog should show up with 3 options:
  • Cancel
  • Abandon Draft
  • Save Draft (will be visible when you navigate to topic)

This is borderline bug/feature request, but would greatly help teaching people about the draft system.
