This is great to monitor PMs, but what about their chats? Is there a method to read them without impersonating the agents?
New users in our community will not use PMs but chats, and our assistant would chat with them. Admins and moderators should be able to periodically monitor these conversations without being included in them.
The plan is to allow a simple feedback + welcome without overwhelming the staff with trivial replies.
