I’m curious about the hiring notification here on Meta. Could anyone clarify which component or theme it’s based on? Is it publicly available, and if any additional CSS has been applied, is that also publicly accessible? I’d love to make a few alterations for my own use.

If you’d like a banner for your site, there are a couple of ways you can do this. From creating a banner topic from the topic admin actions to creating your own by having a look at Creating a banner to display at the top of your site and other components in Theme component.
