From safe mode troubleshooting, we know the following for certain:
- It’s an unofficial plugin
- It is not a theme or theme component.
As far as I’m aware, we have two unofficial plugins:
- Animate avatars (Manually confirmed not to be the culprit)
- ActivityPub
