Hey @geoffau - just confirming, when you say you have the latest version, is that truly the latest? There was an update to the adplugin ~18 hours ago to resolve some Ember 5 issues, but it’s possible there are more 
When the banner appears, please can you check your browser’s developer console and see if there are any relevant messages?
