The raw markdown don’t include the list.

The list of links in your pic is due to other topics having a link to the topic and are added under the Op post as shown in your pic.
If your wanting to have links to other topics you can edit your first post and add them. Each topic link you add will add link under each Topic Op post.

I see, so we can’t add a list manually.
Sad as I find it clearer and more concise that adding links inside each post.
You can manually and you can do so in a couple of ways.
