Add a <noscript> to discourse

I’m currently trying to do two things. The first is view discourse without javascript. I saw that there use to be a feature with escaped_fragments but unsure why adding ?noscript or anything of the sort at the end of a url does not actually show me the site without javascript?

And second is how to update the noscript view? I know discourse is a JS app, but this is more so for SEO aspects

Have you tried accessing discourse with javascript turned off?

But I can’t seem to get it to show up
